Tai's team did a great job to re-roof my place. He came to do the quotation quickly after our discussion and provided quotation promptly. Some of other roofing companies only does quotation based on google map image, which is less professional in my view. He recommended the quality material rather than offer cheap but less quality alternative. Tai also patiently answered all my questions regarding the quotation. The work started quickly once quotation is accepted. The team did good job in 3 days and site left nice and tidy each day. After the work completion, I had good inspection and there are a couple of small things that I point to Tai and he quickly took action to make them perfect. I am really impressed for the customer service he provided. One thing Tai told me is he want his work to be perfect and his team proud of the work they do. Tai initially come out to quote up our new roof, and very quickly we were impressed with his professionalism, knowledge and great communication. We got several quotes, and Kings Roofing was competitive and we felt they would do the best job of our roof. Sure enough, they’ve done a fantastic job, and they were efficient, friendly and great to deal with. He personally visited the house to give us the actual price, unlike other roofing companies that just gave us an estimate without actually seeing the work that needs to get done. The whole team was able to replace our roof nicely despite it being a little tricky. They also made sure to leave the place tidy when they finish their job.
